Career development learning and work-integrated learning
The National Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services’ (NAGCAS) is taking a leading role in the development of career development learning in Australian universities, through its project Career Development Learning: Maximising the Contribution of Work-integrated Learning (WIL) to the Student Experience. The project is funded by the Australian Learning & Teaching Council.
The project team will use applied research to produce guidelines, benchmarks, products and services which will support universities and their career services in articulating and maximising the career development learning which occurs through the wide variety of WiL activities occurring in Australian universities.
