Papers & Presentations

Symposium Pre-Reading

Delegates attending the symposium have access to pre-reading material.

The first paper is the CDL and WIL Symposium Discussion Paper supplied by the project team and overviews the major threads of the symposium, including graduate employability, work-integrated learning, and career development learning. The discussion paper includes a summary of the results from the initial consultations with career development services, universities and academics, and employers.

The second set of readings is the symposium Key Note Speakers' Papers.  These papers provide deeper insights into crucial topics that will be explored at the symposium.

Symposium Presentations

The Symposium entailed a range of small-group discussions, problem-solving, and brainstorming activities focused upon work-integrated learning and career development learning.  The results of these activities will be reported on in the near future.  The Symposium's key speakers' presentations have been made available for reference:

Symposium Communique

The Symposium provided some very valuable discussion around work-integrated learning and career development learning in higher education. A summary of the discussion and key outcomes are available in the Symposium Communique.
